Our anti-slip stair nosings are made from Fibreglass, with a hard-wearing anti-slip grit finish. GRP Stair Nosing can fit the majority of stair edges including carpeted stairs. They are easily retrofitted which is ideal for stairs and steps that have become hazardous over time.

The main usage of GRP Stair Nosings is to highlight the leading edge of new or existing steps to reduce the risk of trips and falls creating a safer environment for your visitors.  Available in a choice of colours, yellow, white or black.  If you prefer another colour then please contact us for a bespoke quotation as we can supply our GRP Stair nosings in any RAL colour.

The stair nosings are available in two profile sizes; 55mm x 55mm for Building Regulations or 70mm x 30mm for retrofitting. The nosings have a chamfered back edge and are available with a choice of slip-grit finishes. The finish is specifically for external steps and is one of the hardest grits on the market ensuring excellent slip resistance. The fine grit is better suited for indoor steps.

Our stair nosings are designed to fit step edges to comply with Building Regulations and the DDA/Equality Act. The GRP Stair Nosings are extremely easy to fit, only requiring a simple glue and screw down so they can be used immediately afterwards.

Our Fibreglass stair nosing’s come with a 10-year guarantee and is eligible for next-day delivery. We also offer a  cutting service so you can have any length up to 3000mm. Pre-drilling is also available, contact us for details.
