Hi-Viz GRP grating panels with an open mesh, non-slip surface, ideal for industrial flooring, walkways and general access areas. Manufactured from durable fibreglass with a 32mm mesh in 25 and 38mm thick options, these panels offer excellent strength, drainage and slip resistance. Available in Hi Viz Orange (RAL 2005) and supplied in a range of stock panel sizes.

Description

Available in Hi Viz Safety Orange, the 38mm thick GRP grating panels can be specified to meet both functional and safety requirements on site.

Our 38mm thick GRP grating panels provide a strong, durable and corrosion-resistant flooring solution suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Supplied as single panels, the grating features an open mesh design with a non-slip top surface, making it ideal for areas where safety, drainage and airflow are essential.

The grating has a 32mm square hole size with 38mm centres using a 7mm load bar, offering excellent load-bearing performance while maintaining a lightweight structure. These panels are commonly used for industrial flooring, walkways, platforms and general floor grating, particularly in environments where traditional steel grating is unsuitable.

All standard panels are manufactured using an ISO resin system, providing good chemical resistance and fire-retardant performance compliant with BS476 standards, making them suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Delivery Information

Please note that 38mm grating panels measuring 3660mm x 1220mm are supplied via pallet delivery due to their size and weight. A forklift is required for offloading.
